The Senior Center of Littlestown was established in 1975 as a program for senior citizens of the Littlestown Borough and the townships of Germany, Mt. Joy, Mt. Pleasant, and Union to provide nutritional meals, transportation, socialization and referral program for the Littlestown Area by the Office of Aging, they rented the Centenary United Methodist Church Hall.
In 1983 they were looking for a permanent site.
In April of 1983, it was incorporated as a non-profit organization
September 1985 purchase building at 10 Locust St.
January 1986 bid given to John Jacobs to renovate the new building
Have Grand opening in May 1986 for Senior Citizens month
May 1, 1986 set for ribbon cutting at 11:30am
May 4, 1986 Open House 1 to 4pm
July 1986 OFA approved central air condition for the center
